Audrey Crampton is a Level II certified coach with over 20 years experience. She has coached most of her career with the Perth Stingrays. She also worked for two years at the Goulbourn Aquatic Club in Stittsville. She has worked with pre-competitive, beginner competitive and Age Group Level swimmers. Her programme is skill develop strong with the idea that if you swim well you will swim fast in the long run. Swimming is a challenging sport that teaches the rewards and value of hard work. She offers the opportunity for anyone willing to work hard to gain the benefits from the discipline needed to be a competitive swimmer. Committment, the ability to work as a team and skill at managing time are all paybacks for putting a great effort into learning how to swim fast.

Background
My competitive swimming career began in Oakville Ont, in 1985 with the Oakville Aquatic Club, at age 6. At age 15, I swam for my high school, Queen Elizabeth Park, where our team won many Halton regional championships, and finished top 3 in the province most years. I took a brief break from swimming, and got back in the pool at 25, swimming for the Burlington Masters swim club, then the Norfolk County Hammerheads, ending up with the Perth Stingrays in 2011 til present. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in many pools and open water lake swims around the globe, and I am looking forward to my time on the deck of the pool here in Perth!

Background
I started swimming at an early age and loved it right away. Joining the Stingrays as a kid in Perth just made sense and fully returning to Masters swimming after University has proven to be a great way to maintain fitness, compete and see the World! Returning to the Stingrays as a coach has made everything come full circle. Soon I hope to have my kids joining the ranks of the Perth Stingrays. One of my fondest Stingrays memories was winning the AAA Team Championship in St. Catharines and the great team excitement we had building up and at that meet.
