The 2013 edition of the Mike Brown meet is less than two weeks away. I have taken the sheets which were submitted with your children's ballots and have put together some preliminary grids. They will be posted on the bulletin board on Monday Dec 23. Please consider these positions as assigned. Certainly I would be willing to consider changing positions/lane assignments but will do that later. There were a number of swimmer's entries that were not accompanied by a completed Officials' Sign up Sheet. Be aware that your child WILL NOT be entered in the meet until a completed officials form is submitted (or you make direct contact with me). This is our home meet. It CAN NOT run without all our parents participating. Your Stingrays board passed a motion last fall making this a mandatory meet in order for the swimmers to be entered. Please email me any additional requests. As you can see there are a number of empty slots. I also have not yet assigned myself to the grids as I will fill any position where needed in each sessions. If you see a spot where you can potentially help out in addition to what you have already committed, I would be most grateful. Please email me directly
