Gatineau Coupe de la Capitale National
Also on the weekend of April 4th, many of our swimmers will be competing in the Coupe de la Capitale National in Gatineau. It will be the first time some of our younger swimmers will compete in a long course (50 metre) pool!!

ROCS Long Course Meet Forms
Permission forms for the ROCS LC (long course) meet need to be in by the 29th from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Age Group and Senior swimmers.
Intro Swim Meet
This Thursday March 28 is a mini meet for bronze and intro swimmers! There should be plenty of excitement as we cheer on our youngest swimmers! Go Stingrays!!! Again, if you did not yet receive the permission form or information from your coach, please let me know.
Rotary Club Donation to the Stingrays
The Rotary Club recently presented us with a cheque for $6000 for us to purchase badly-needed lane ropes and starting blocks. This amount will not cover the entire amount required, so we are looking for additional sponsorship for the starting blocks (the cost of one block is $1500--please contact Brandi Machan if you might have an interest in sponsoring or know someone who does).
Pampered Chef Fundraiser
The Pampered Chef fundraiser sponsored by Siobhan Muldowney and Lil Krysic was a great success! Approximately $700 was raised!! Thank you to these two women for their efforts and to all who purchased either online or at Siobhan's party.
