I was contacted today by the Officials coordinator and the Meet Manager for the upcoming Long Course Regionals. Contrary to what I had been told before, we will now need 3 people to help sort out the medals and ribbons in Session 1. They come in large, unsorted packages and need to be resorted into events (i.e. Gold, Silver, Bronze medals, 4th, 5th, 6th etc ribbons) ready for presenting. Please let me know ASAP if you can help out. Session 1 is the 13 and over prelims on Friday.
