NEW - Online Meet Registration

We have been working to get the Stingrays setup to execute registration for Swim Meets online. This will ELIMINATE the paper sign-up forms and manual cheques that we have used up until now.

Here is how the process will work:

1. Coach Rod will initiate automated emails to the swimmers invited to attend a meet.
2. When you receive this email, you will click on the "Respond" link at the bottom of the email. You should do this even if your swimmer is not attending.
3. This will take you to Active.com sign-in that looks like the screen shot above.
4. You must sign up as a "New User" the first time and then after that you can sign in with that account information
5. Next you will be required to enter a "NewSwimmer" by entering your swimmer's name and birthdate (once you have done this once, you can select your swimmer from the drop down list).
6. Next, if your swimmer is attending the meet, select which days your swimmer will attend and you can view the events on each day. If not, then simply select "No" for the question "Will the swimmer be attending this meet"
7. Then you will select "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
8. If attending the meet, this will take you to a new screen where you will enter your payment information. At this point you will not see any charge yet because the actual billing will occur AFTER the swim meet based on the events that your swimmer actually swam. This is an authorization step so that once the meet occurs and the coach has made any changes, you will then be charged.
9. When you complete the payment information, you will receive an automated email with a receipt that shows no charge.
10. AFTER the meet, the coach will complete the process by finalizing the billing, and you will receive a final email that shows you the charge.
