New Regional (EOSA) Time Standards

Swimmers can qualify for EOSA Regional Championships in one of two ways:

1) Achieve an All-Around IM and Free Standard, according to the chart. This allows for entry into any events at the meet.

OR

2) Achieve at least three Individual Event Standards. This allows for entry in only the events in which the standard was achieved, or the 50 of a stroke if the 100 and 200 Individual Standard of the stroke are achieved.
