As our Spooky Meet is just around the corner (this coming Sunday!) I would like to ask for a food donation from our swim families. This food will be offered to the officials and coaches during and after the meet.
I will have a sign up sheet posted on the bulletin board as of Monday October 21st.
Please choose the item you would like to offer.
Please bring your donation to the multi purpose room this Sunday by 12:45 (the races start at 1:15). I will be there to set up the table. When the meet finishes please remember to collect your dish or tray.
I still have a glass tray that someone offered for the equipment sale/info session. Please ask me for it if you forgot it. I will bring it on Sunday.
In advance I would like to than everyone for their help. Our Perth Stingrays parents are famous for their great food!!! Looking forward to a great meet.
