Hi Stingrays parents.
I have now put the Time Trial to be held on December 13th up on the OSOA website. Log on to www.osoa.ca . Click on "meets" . Find our meet, and sign up. You will (perhaps) notice that once a position has been filled, it comes off the "available" list. (I just figured out how to do that!) If there was a position you really wanted to try in a low key setting, here's your chance!
Just a quick reminder about the Stroke and Turn clinic on November 29th. Again, sign up on the OSOA website. Click on "clinics" and sign up!
The "on deck" portion of the clinic is optional but I think people have found it useful to see things "live". I will be running that part of the clinic on November 30th at 8 am during Team swim. Send me a quick email to let me know you're coming. If you're not able to make the "classroom" portion on the 29th but still want to come on the 30th, no problem. Just log on to the online clinic and complete it there. The "keys" are all posted in the "Officials" section of the blog!
