Re-Post about Meet Sign-up

As we enter the Long Course meet season, we would like to remind everyone how the meet sign-up process works. Below is a re-posting from October.
  1. Rod will send out the first email. The title of the email will contain the meet name/location so that each email will be unique. The text of the email will contain the due date for your entry. If you do not submit your entry before midnight of this date, the system will no longer accept it. Always take note of this due date!
  2. About a week before the due date, if you received an invitation and have not yet responded Rod will send out a second email to remind you to respond. Remember that we need you to respond even if you are not planning to attend. You don't need to send a separate email to the coach, just go through the link and respond that your swimmer is NOT attending.
  3. Just prior to the due date, if you have not responded, Rod will send out a final reminder requesting a response.
  4. After the due date, Rod will submit the entry information to the hosting meet and at that point you will receive a confirmation that your child(ren) are entered and which events they are swimming.
  5. Following the meet, once all the information in the system is correct, a final email will be sent indicating exactly what amount will be charged to your credit card.
If you do not receive any one of these email communications throughout the process, please contact Rod.
