If you have a child swimming in Long Course Regionals (June 6,7,8th) please sign up this week to help man the awards table. There must be a minimum of 3 people at each of the finals sessions (afternoons for the 12& under, evenings for the 13& older sessions). If our club does not meet this requirement, then NONE of our swimmers will be allowed to swim. Each swimmer is required to have someone volunteer to work (a family with two swimmers will need to have two slots filled) Outside of our own home meet, this is the only mandatory commitment our club requires of its parents. If you are able to work more than one session that would be great.
I recognize that some people have signed up as regular deck officials already. That is terrific. It remains that fully staffing the awards table is our club's primary duty.
