Perth Triathlon - Thank you to all Stingrays and Parents

Thank you to all the Stingrays families who helped out today for the Perth Triathlon!  From the donation of many amazing pies and cookies, to the time volunteered at the race today...it was a great success!!

There were :

• 45 Individual Classic Triathlon competitors
• 22 Individual Double Triathlon competitors
• 21 Team Triathlon competitors

For a total of about 130 participants. It was great to see old and young, high tech and a few very low tech bikes, competitive and non-competitive participants! The addition of the double Tri this year was quite popular and the feedback received says that we will do it again!

Again, the pies and cookies and fudge were a HUGE hit for the prizes...that's what makes many folks come back now :-)
