The event has had over 9000 athletes register, 6000 of whom have entered in the swimming and open water swimming events. Other disciplines include Diving, Water Polo and Synchronized Swimming.
The swimming portion of the Championships are taking place from August 3rd to August 9th at Parc Jean-Drapeau. Wendy, Kris, Jason and Trent are competing in the pool events. The open water 3km swim takes place on August 9th and 10th with both Oliver and Kris races happening on the 10th.
