Perth Fair - Details for the Stingrays Volunteers Manning a Gate

First, a bit thank you to you all for volunteering your time to help out the Stingrays! This is the first year that we have taken on this task and we appreciate the time that all of you have agreed to give. Here are some instructions for your shift:

• we are manning the Roger's Road gate (on Rogers Road, just south of Cockburn St)
• If you are on the Morning Shift, please arrive at the Perth Fair Office about 15 min prior to your shift start time. Brandi will be there and will set you up with a float and then you will go to the gate
• If you are on the last shift of the day, stay at the gate until a Perth Fair member comes and takes your money and closes the gate
• Please wear Stingrays t-shirts if you have them :-) 

Please let me know if you (or anyone else you know of) would be able to help out as a 4th volunteer on Saturday evening ...that will be a busy shift and we get paid for however many volunteers we have.
