There will be a Level 1 Timekeeper clinic on Saturday December 13th during team swim from 8-9am in the multipurpose room at the pool. Sign up at www.osoa.ca
There will be a Level 2 Starter clinic on Friday December 12th from 4:30 to 6pm during practice also in the multipurpose room at the pool. Sign up at www.osoa.ca
The "on deck" session for Stroke and Turn (Level 2) will be during team swim 8-9am on December 13th. Anyone is welcome to come. You should have completed the Stroke and Turn course prior to participating as this will not be the comprehensive course. Our senior and age group swimmers will be demonstrating the strokes, the turns, the right way to do things and common errors. It has been a well received session in the past. No need for formal sign up.
