Huge Thanks to Everyone and Congratulations to the Swimmers!

Another 3 day Mike Brown Swim meet has been successfully completed and hopefully all the swimmers, coaches and volunteers are taking a well-deserved rest! There were many amazing swims by our swimmers this weekend and seeing their excited and proud faces is what makes this all worth while.

Kudos to all the parents who tried out new roles on deck and off. There were a few parents who successfully achieved their Level 2 (white) pin: Congratulations to April Doyle, Stephanie Gauthier and Carrie Hopper.

From Brandi:

This meet makes me smile. I love working with the parents and getting to know the kids. Just because my role as President ends today my role as Stingray Cheerleader continues!!

A very large thank you goes out to all the volunteers that contributed to the meet this year, from the Hospitality and Canteen folks to the many Officials on deck and in the back room. Every volunteer position plays an important role to make this a meet that the visiting teams continually tell me they love coming to. We have a great team!
