Here are the session times for the ROCS swim meet this weekend:
Friday, Session 1 Warm Up begins at 6:00 p.m. First heat of the 800 starts at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, Session 2 Warm Up beings at 8:00 a.m. with the first heat to start at 8:45 a.m.
Saturday, Session 3 Warm Up expected to begin at 12:30 p.m.with the first heat to start at 1:15 p.m.
