Good morning :) and hope my email finds you all great.

First let me show my great appreciation for your families participation as officials in all positions in the coming Regionals meet. Their participation is great and so valuable to us.

As we are targeting Friday as our first day, i will kindly asking you if you can ask your families once more if they have time to participate in the remaining positions. We have the following positions for thier info.
