Timothy McNamee will be the photographer.
She is offering a team photo/individual photo collage for $20.
Individual digital photos will also be offered for an additional
$30, allowing families to make copies and sizes as they wish.
Individual
pictures will be taken before and after the team shot, all photos will be inside.
Please print, sign and return this form. It can be
given to Melanie Hollywood at the pool or it can be dropped off in the blue
box.
Payment for the team print should be made before the 7th, but
digital photo orders can be submitted after the photo shoot.
Timothy would like to have an idea of how many people are
considering ordering.
