Save the date of Thursday Sept 22 for an incredible experience swimming with Ryan Cochrane!
Ryan will be visiting a select number of swim clubs across Canada presenting one-day clinics and motivational talks on how to be a better swimmer, and the Perth Stingrays are on the tour!
The event will start at 4:00 p.m. and will provide the following:
- 30 min introduction
- 15 - 30 min dry-land (depends on age of group)
- 90 min swim including:
- drills
- stroke technique
- racing skills
- dives and turns
- “Ryan Relay” Relay teams of 5-7 are against the 1-man team in a fun race!
- 30 min wrap up / cool down
- 30 minute Inspirational talk and Q&A with Ryan Cochrane
The cost is $90 per swimmer (includes gift bags for each swimmer) and parents are welcome to attend at no cost. We need a minimum of 30 swimmers so we need to get the word out. If we do not get 30 swimmers signed up by early next week we may invite another one or two clubs.
