Note about the Ernestown Meet this weekend

Good afternoon everyone,

I just wanted to touch base with everyone prior to the meet commencing tomorrow. My name is Kim Brush and I’m currently doing a handover with Jim Sutherland. I’m not sure if you all are aware but we have a new aquatics director at the pool. This past fall we had some minor renovations done to the pool and have since put in place some minor rules to aid us in keeping the pool area clean and free of debris.

Don has asked me to pass along that there are to be no outdoor shoes on the pool deck at all. That is to include any/all spectators. There will be mats located outside the pool doors to place your shoes. Flip flops are allowed. Also, there is to be absolutely no food allowed on deck. Water will be served but any food products for officials/coaches etc will be served in the officials room downstairs. Swimmers are welcome to enjoy their snacks outside the pool area.
