Just a reminder about the nutrition sessions this Saturday

Please sign up swimmers and parents. We need to make sure we have enough room for everyone.

• Session 1 @ 8:15 a.m. for senior, age group and gold groups  (swimmers and parents)
• Session 2 @ 9:15 a.m. for silver, bronze and intro groups (swimmers and parents)

We are hosting both sessions in the Stewart School classroom attached to the pool.
