This is to confirm the Stroke and Turn workshop on Saturday December 8th at 8 am at the pool.
All participants are asked to complete the Stroke and Turn clinic online prior to the workshop. It's ok if you haven't done the quiz yet although you will need to do it to fill the position on deck at a meet.
Our senior swimmers will be helping us by demonstrating the strokes, the correct way to touch the wall and turn as well as the common errors. The DQ process will also be reviewed.
All are welcome but please drop me an email if you are planning on attending and haven't already contacted me.
